The award-winning Marin County Fair is the County’s premier community event with over 100,000 attendees annually. It really does “take a village” to put on such a successful Fair each year!

Position Summary
The Marin County Fair is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Stage Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Community Stage during the 2025 Fair season. This individual will ensure that performances run smoothly, schedules are followed, and all performers and production staff are coordinated effectively. The Stage Manager will be the main point of contact for performers and technical crews, and will maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the Fair.

Guest-focused support with mobile device scanners at admission gates. Provides excellent customer service to Fair patrons by answering questions and providing information assists guest purchasing tickets on their mobile device. Walk up and down lines to assist guest to purchase tickets on mobile devices when available.

Description:
Guest-focused support for seating patrons for nightly headliner concerts, directing guests to restrooms, concessions, and other areas of the venue, answering any questions guests might have about the venue or the event, monitoring the crowd for any potential safety concerns and reporting them to appropriate personnel, and assisting in ensuring the venue is clean before and during the events.

Answers phones and in person inquiries, handles lost and found, provides guests with information, handles questions/concerns.
Requirements:
Must have strong customer service skills, ability to trouble shoot and stay calm under pressure. Must be able to use a computer and have basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Description:
Supports Exhibits area. Provides information and answers guest questions, safely monitors entrances and exits.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 10lbs & stand for up to four hours.
